Hestia Luxury Apartments Hotel, Pedion tou Areos Park, Athens
The study places special emphasis on the simultaneous preservation, upgrade, and enhancement of the already established architectural typological, morphological, and constructional elements of the building's facade. The primary intention is not to alter the fundamental characteristics of the building, as it represents a typical example of modern architecture from the 1960s, designed by architect I. Rizos.
The building is located along the axis of L. Alexandras Avenue, forming the frontage of the avenue and offering views of Pedion tou Areos Park. The building consists of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and six above-ground floors. Specifically, it is planned to configure four residences per floor for the 1st to 3rd floors and three residences per floor for the 4th to 6th floors.
